摘要 绿色叶片已成为世界上最大的蛋白质来源[1]。利用新鲜的植物茎叶提取叶蛋白,作为蛋白来源补充人类食品和动物饲料蛋白,已引起世界各国的重视[2~4]。我国植物资源种类丰富,是提取植物叶蛋白的宝库[5]。作者对山东省常见107种饲料植物茎叶的叶蛋白产量及其蛋白质含量进行了... One hundred and seven species of forage plant have been used to extract leaf protein (LP) in this experiment. The result showed: 12 species have the yield of LP (calculation in fresh weight) >2.9 g/100g, the percentage of protein in LP≥45%, the yield of protein (calculation in fresh weight)>2 g/100g, including \%Potamogeton malaianus \%Miq., \%Chenopodium album \%L., \%Medicago sativa \%L., \%Broussonetia papyrifera \%(L.) Vent., \%Helianthus tuberosus \%L., \%Atriplex centralasitica \%Iljin., \%Indigofera bungeana \%Walp., \%Humulus scandens \%(Lour.) Merr., \%Ailanthus altissima \%(Mill.) Swingle, \%Convolvulus arvensis \%L., \%Caragana sinica \%(Buc′hoz.) Rehd and \%Sophora japonica \%L. in which seven species whose percentage of protein in LP are up to the first class standard of fish powder, four to second class and one to third. These 12 species can be recommended as optimum raw materials for producing leaf protein.
