门诊慢性肾脏病3～5期患者129例病因分析

Causative analysis of 129 outpatients with chronic kidney disease at stage 3～5

目的分析门诊慢性肾脏病(CKD)3～5期患者的病因分布特点。方法回顾性横断面研究,分析2010年4月至2010年8月就诊的CKD 3～5期129例患者的病因及相关的信息资料。结果 129例CKD3～5期患者中60岁以上老年人所占比率(61.2%)高于60岁以下患者(38.8%)。前3位病因依次为高血压、慢性肾小球肾炎、糖尿病。60岁以下的非老年组前3位病因依次为慢性肾小球肾炎、高血压、糖尿病。结论门诊CKD 3～5期患者以老年人为主,首要病因为高血压;而非老年组的首要病因为慢性肾小球肾炎。

Objective To analyze the distribution of causes in outpatients with chronic kidney disease（CKD） at stage 3-5.Methods The causes of outpatients with CKD at stage 3-5 visited this hospital from April to August 2010 were retrospectively studied and cross sectionally analyzed.Results Majority of patients were elders with age over 60 years old（79 cases,accounted 61.2%）,the first three causes in order were hypertension,chronic glomerulonephritis and diabetes mellitus.But the first three causes in order in less than 60 years old group were chronic glomerulonephritis,hypertension,and diabetes mellitus.Conculsion The majority of outpatients with CKD at stage 3-5 were elders,and their main cause was hepertension;but the main cause in non-elderly group was chronic glomerulonephritis.
