摘要 目的探讨颈型颈椎病的综合治疗效果。方法对我科自1999年7月至2010年7月治疗的颈型颈椎病96例,分为观察组(综合治疗组)和对照组(药物治疗加休息组)各48例。观察组采用药物治疗、牵引、理疗、较重者颈深丛阻滞。观察两组临床效果。结果观察组治愈率66.7%,总有效率为97.9%。对照组治愈率37.5%,总有效率为77.1%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论正规药物治疗、牵引、理疗、颈深丛阻滞等方法相结合治疗颈型颈椎病疗效满意。 Objective Explore comprehensive therapy effect of cervical type cervical spondylopathy.Methods From July 1999 to July 2010,a total of 96 patients with cervical type cervical spondylopathy were treated in our hospital.All the patients were divided into the observation group((comprehensive treatment group) and control group(drug therapy plus rest group).The observation group were using drug therapy,traction,physiotherapy,and neck deep plexus block to the severe ones.Evaluate its clinical effects.Results Observation group,66.7% cure rate,the total effective rate was 97.9%.Control group was 37.5%,total effective rate was 77.1%.Two groups of cure rate,the total effective compared,the differences were significant(P0.05).Conclusion Regular medication,traction,physiotherapy,and neck deep plexus block method such as combination treatment for cervical type cervical spondylopathy is a satisfactory method.
