摘要
根据薪酬设计与管理课程教学现状,从课堂教学和课外实践两个角度,结合实践基地的建立和师资队伍的建设,探讨如何改善薪酬设计与管理课程的教学,提高人力资源专业学生薪酬设计与管理的实际操作能力,满足企业对薪酬管理人员的要求。
According to the situation of salary design and management,this paper discusses how to improve salary design and management course teaching from the two aspects of the classroom teaching and extracurricular practice,combined with the establishment of the practice base and the construction of the teaching staff.So as to improve the practice skills of students who majoring in human resources management and satisfy the demand of salary managers in the enterprise.
