摘要
用全站仪对船舱进行分段精确测量,取得各截面上测点的准确数据坐标。建立船舶舱数学模型,采用B样条方法对所测数据进行曲线拟合,形成数学舱图。利用Matlab计算舱剖面相应高度的截面面积,再积分求出相应高度的型容积,扣除舱内部构件体积,得出正平容积表。对船舶实际状态的型容积进行容积修正,同时扣除相应高度构件的体积,得出在不同高度不同状态下的舱容修正表。将两表对照使用,得出液货舱内准确的液货体积。
In this paper,the cargo hold is accurately measured with the Total Station instrument which is a modern electronic measuring instrument and the coordinate data at every cross section is gathered.The mathematical model is established with the method of B spine interpolation.With the help of the MATLAB software,the corresponding height profile cross-section area is found,the molded capacity can be found through integration calculation and the sheet of the tank capacity in the upright condition can be work out by taking off the member volume.The correction table of the tank capacity in the actual condition is also worked out through roll correction and trim correction.Using this two table,the precision liquid cargo capacity cab be obtained.
