摘要
以大型低速柴油机曲轴为研究对象,在传统动力学计算的基础上,利用UG和ANSYS软件建立曲轴有限元计算模型,运用全寿命法对曲轴进行疲劳计算,获得曲轴的安全系数和疲劳寿命,提出改进危险区域疲劳强度的结构措施和工艺措施。
Taking the crankshaft of a low speed diesel as the object,based on the traditional dynamics calculation,the finite elements model of the crankshaft was established by UG and Ansys to calculate the fatigue of the crankshaft by the total life method.The safety factor and the total life of the crankshaft were obtained,so as to propose the structural and procedure measures to increase the strength in the dangerous areas.
