摘要
为解决气囊振动时囊体和空气之间的声固耦合问题,针对JYQN型气囊建立气囊隔振器机械阻抗的有限元分析方法,借助COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件进行算例分析,讨论空气波动效应及气囊隔振器相关参数对其机械阻抗特性的影响,结果表明该分析方法合理可行。
To solve the problem of acoustic-structure interaction between air bag and air in the air spring,finite element method was used to analyze the mechanical impedance for the JYQN air spring in COMSOL Multiphysics software.The influence of wave effect and parameters upon the mechanical impedance characteristics of air spring was calculated and analyzed.The numerical results indicated that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
