摘要
在对屏蔽泵进行结构和老化分析的基础上,依据层次分析法的基本思想,将屏蔽泵的老化评估分为承压壳体、屏蔽电机、水力部件、冷却及密封四个老化评估主题,对每个评估主题提取相应的评估指标,建立屏蔽泵的AHP递阶层次结构模型,并采用带自调节功能的层次分析法确定屏蔽泵各老化评估指标权重的大小,以此构建屏蔽泵老化评估指标体系。
According to the essential principium of analytical hierarchy process(AHP),the aging assessment of canned motor pump was divided into 4 assessable themes based on structural and aging analysis,viz.,shell,motor,hydrodynamic facility,cooler and tightness.Several indices corresponding to each assessable theme were extracted,and the AHP hierarchical structural model of canned motor pump was established.AHP method with self-adjusting function was used to ascertain indices' weight coefficients and establishes the assessment index system for aging state of canned motor pump.
