摘要
针对玻璃切割机移动部件在现场调试过程中出现的低频振动,以及x、y方向同时运动时出现的加工精度降低的问题,应用Pro/E软件对玻璃切割机移动梁进行了动态分析,找出了原设计存在的缺陷,并根据分析结果对装置的传动和驱动系统进行调整,改善了切割机的动态性能,提高了加工精度.
In light of the low frequency vibration of the moving parts of glass cutters and the decrease of machining accuracy while the glass cutter is moving in both directions,a dynamic analysis of the mobile beam is made using the Pro/E glass software,the original design flaws are identified,the transmission and drive systems are adjusted according to the analysis results,the dynamic performance of the cutter is improved and the processing accuracy is increased.
