2007—2010年鹰潭市大中专院校新生乙肝感染情况分析

Status of hepatitis B virus infection among college freshmen in Yingtan City,2007—2010

目的了解近年来鹰潭市青少年乙肝病毒的感染状况及动态变化,为防制工作提供依据。方法以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法,检测2007—2010年鹰潭市大中专院校新招收学生共3 550名的乙肝5项指标,并对检测结果进行分析。结果 2007—2010年HBsAg阳性率分别为18.05%、14.11%、13.41%、7.20%,平均阳性率为13.10%,男女生阳性率分别为14.90%、11.99%,城乡学生阳性率分别为10.17%、13.74%,大专、中专新生阳性率分别为13.50%、12.23%,465名HBsAg阳性学生中HBeAg阳性占57.41%。结论近几年鹰潭市大中专院校新生乙肝感染率虽然总体呈逐年下降趋势,但是感染率还是偏高,防治工作不可松懈,其中以农村生源、男生为乙肝重点感染人群,需重点防治。

Objective To understand the status of hepatitis B virus infection and its changes in teenage students so as to provide the evidence for prevention intervention.Methods A total of 3 550 freshmen in college and specialized middle schools were investigated and their five items of hepatitis B were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） in Yingtan City from 2007 to 2010. Results From 2007 to 2010,the HBsAg average positive rates were 18.05%,14.11%,13.41% and 7.20% respectively,and the HBsAg average positive rate was 13.10% during the four years.The HBsAg average positive rates in boys and girls were 14.90% and 11.99% respectively,the positive rates of freshmen from town and country were 10.17% and 13.74% respectively,and the positive rates in college and specialized middle schools were 13.50% and 12.23% respectively.The positive rate of HBeAg was 57.41% among 465 HBsAg positive students. Conclusions Recent years,the HBsAg positive rates declined year by year in the students of Yingtan City,but were still high.Therefore,we should strengthen the prevention intervention,especially in the freshman from country and the male students.
