摘要
叙述了由于地震引起的日本福岛核事故的教训,指出,中国能源的主要出路在于核能和可再生能源,核电厂基建费用的60%用于安全防护及核电是1种可靠的能源。
This paper describes lesson of nuclear accident in Fukushima caused by the earthquake.The author put out that the major way for Chinese energy is nuclear energy and renewable energy,60% of capital construction of nuclear power plants is used for safety protection and nuclear power is one kind of reliable energy.
