Judge Criteria and Test Methods of the Energy Efficiency of Automobiles in Japan

近年来,随着世界各国对能效的重视,日本等发达国家建立了针对能效的技术法规体系。叙述了日本对汽车基准能源消耗效率的设定值、能源消耗效率的测试方法和日本测制定基准能源消耗效率政策的情况,旨在使中国生产企业了解和把握日本汽车的能效要求,为建立中国汽车能效的技术性贸易体系提供参考。

In recent years,with the world＇s increasing attention to energy efficiency,the developed countries,such as Japan,have established technical regulation systems.To make manufacturing enterprises in China understand and grasp the Japanese energy efficiency requirement of automobile,so that they can deal with it effectively,this paper introduces and studies the set value of basic standard energy consumption efficiency and the test methods of energy consumption efficiency.On the other hand,it also studies the basic standard energy consumption efficiency policy formulation,to provide references to the setting of technical trade system of energy efficiency of automobiles in China.
