摘要 捞渣机内导轮工作于灰水中,因其轮体及轴承转动而主轴不转,易因密封及润滑的破坏而损坏,分析了炉底未设液压关断门的机组,普通内导轮难以满足长周期安全运行的原因。指出,若采用轴承外置导流式内导轮的结构型式,能提高密封的可靠性,使润滑系统更加完善,可极大地延长内导轮工作的可靠性和使用寿命。 The inside guiding wheel of the slag remover work in the ashy water,ordinary work with the body and guide wheel bearings for its rotation axis doesn't turn,easy to destroy and damage the sealing and lubrication.For the bottom of the boilers not set cut-off gate of hydraulic generator,common inside guiding wheel is difficult to meet their long running time of need.For the inside guiding wheel that external diversion inner bearing and stream guidance,guide pulley wheel within the body and the spindle with the bearings and all rotating and its structure in seal reliability and lubrication to facilitate a more complete two aspects to improve,which can dramatically improve the level of lead within reliability and service life of wheel work.
