党的建设是党领导的伟大事业不断取得胜利的重要法宝。十七届四中全会提出了"建设马克思主义学习型政党"的战略目标。在当前复杂的国内外形势下,高校作为培养新一代接班人基地,加快学习型党组织建设有很强的现实针对性和紧迫性。这里从学习型党组织的内涵和意义入手,探讨了高校学习型党组织建设的四种学习理念。
