菌株Ⅰ13产碱性蛋白酶的酶学性质研究(英文)

摘要 [目的]研究菌株I13产碱性蛋白酶的酶学性质。[方法]从一株碱性蛋白酶生产菌株I13中得到了碱性蛋白酶粗酶液,并研究了温度和pH值对该酶液酶活力的影响。[结果]所产碱性蛋白酶的最适反应温度为40℃,但在30~60℃范围内活力水平均较高,且在20~30℃范围内也保持了最大活力的40%以上;最适反应pH值为10.5,在8.0~11.0pH值范围内保持了最大活性的90%以上,有较宽的pH值谱。[结论]该碱性蛋白酶具有开发成为洗衣粉添加剂的巨大潜力。 [Objective] This study aimed to investigating properties of alkaline protease produced by strain Ⅰ 13.[Method] Crude enzyme of alkaline protease was obtained from alkaline protease produced by strain I 13,while effects of temperature and pH value on enzyme activity were also investigated in this study.[Result] The optimal temperature of alkaline protease produced by strain Ⅰ 13 was 40 ℃,while enzyme activity maintains a higher level from 30 to 60 ℃ and over 40% of the largest enzyme activity still maintained within the range from 20 to 30 ℃.The optimal pH value was 10.5,and over 90% of the largest enzyme activity still maintained within the range from 8.0 to 11.0,which had broader pH value spectrum.[Conclusion] This alkaline protease has huge potential to be developed into washing-powder additive.
