摘要
以往的应急系统选址模型都是在满足应急时间紧迫性的前提下,使得最优的设施选址到各个应急节点的赋权距离之和最小,在这些模型中,其节点的权系数都是确定的实数,但是在一些实际问题中,例如火灾,车祸等,发生事故的频率适合用区间数来表示,研究节点的权系数为区间数的应急选址模型更有实际意义,针对具有区间数信息的应急系统选址问题,给出了一种具体的求解方法,通过定义的区间数算子,将区间数与实数对应起来,将权重为区间数的应急选址模型转化为一个具有确定权系数的单目标优化模型来求解,给出了具体的算法和复杂性分析,最后通过一个实例分析说明了给出方法的可行性和有效性,方法丰富了已有的求解方法,具有实际应用价值。
Optimal location model in emergency systems often regards location problem of an given deadline only,the minimum weight distance between emergency establishment and emergency node was regard as aim function and the node's weight coefficient are real number,but in some accidents,such as traffic accidents and fire accidents,the frequency of accidents is interval always,the research to the optimal location model which the node's weight coefficient are intervals has significance.A new approach is proposed to solve the emergency establishing problem with intervals.By definiting intervals operator,the emergency establishment problems with intervals are changed into one objective optimization programming problems with weight coefficient of certainty,then the feasibility and validity of the proposed method are illustrated by a practical example,showed the approach enriches the existing methods and has practical application value.
