摘要
目的应用MRI对兔动脉粥样硬化斑块进行成像。方法应用动脉内膜损伤和高胆固醇饮食建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型,采用多种序列对实验动物动脉血管进行成像,并与病理相对照。结果成功建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型;MR图像T1WI、T2WI、PDWI表现为兔动脉管壁增厚,斑块呈等信号、高信号或低信号,与病理切片检测结果符合率较高;MR能够发现动脉血管粥样硬化斑块,并可协助分析其成分。结论 MR可以检测兔动脉粥样硬化模型的斑块,亦可能对斑块定性分析有帮助。
Objective To study the feasibility of using MRI in detection of atherosclerotic plaque in rabbits.Methods Atherosclerosis was induced in 12 New Zealand white male rabbits(2~3kg) with aortic balloon endothelial injury followed by a high cholesterol(1.5%) diet for 16 weeks.T1WI,T2WI,PDWI and TOF sequences were performed by 1.5T MRI scanner.Results The atherosclerosis model was successfully established in rabbits.MR images showed thickening of aortal wall in atherosclerosis rabbits.The atherosclerotic plaques showed equal,higher or lower signal intensities which were accordant with the pathological findings.The atherosclerotic plaques were successfully detected by MR.Conclusion MR can be used for detection of the atherosclerosis plaque and may be help in the plaque analysis.
