B超诊断婴儿型多囊肾1例报告及文献复习
摘要
1临床资料患者,37岁,孕2产0。因停经8月余,B超发现胎儿多囊肾半天入院。患者停经38天测尿hCG阳性,TORCH筛查均为阴性。口服叶酸片0.4mgQd连用2个月,同期因感冒发热37.4℃,以清开灵静滴,柴胡肌注治疗2日。
