摘要
目的探讨大豆膳食纤维和低聚果糖临床降糖效果,为改善糖尿病人膳食结构提供依据。方法从大豆中提取膳食纤维,选购市售低聚果糖,按照特定加工工艺制成高纤维面包,对糖尿病患者进行膳食干预实验。将60例糖尿病患者随机分为大豆纤维(A)组,低聚果糖(B)组和混合(AB)组,分别补充相应的高纤维食品进行降糖效果观察。结果补充大豆纤维或低聚果糖两组的糖尿病病人,在实验后2周、实验后4周各时段空腹血糖、餐后血糖均依次降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而添加大豆纤维和低聚果糖的混合组,实验各期受试者空腹血糖和餐后血糖均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大豆膳食纤维和低聚果糖对降低糖尿病人血糖效果明显,两者具有互补或联合作用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Soybean dietary fiber and fructo-oligosaccharide reduce the blood glucose,provides the basis for improve the dietary structure of diabetics.Methods Extracting the dietary dietary fiber from soybean,buying the fructo-oligosaccharide from the market,according to the specific processing workmanship to make the high fiber bread,then intervene the diabetics' diet with the high fiber bread.dividing the 60 diabetics into 3 groups randomly:soybean fiber(A) group,fructo-oligosaccharide(B) group and mixed(AB) group,respectively supplement corresponding high-fiber food in order to observe the effect of reducing the blood glucose.Results All the blood glucose of group A and group B shows lower after 2 weeks、4 weeks,but the difference is not significant(P0.05).But the blood glucose of dining of diabetics taking Soybean dietary fiber and fructo-oligosaccharide shows lower,and the difference is significant(P0.05).Conclusion Mix used soybean fiber and fructo-oligose can significant lowering the patients fasting blood glucose.
