The Research Progress of Solution Crystallization Methods

结晶是一种历史悠久的分离技术,结晶的形成需要在较严密的条件下进行。目前,结晶被广泛应用于化学、食品和制药工业;在氨基酸、有机酸和抗生素等生物制品行业,结晶也成为重要的分离纯化手段。可以说,现在出售的固体产品都是以结晶的方法制得的,即在产品的制造过程中一般都要用结晶技术。阐述了近年来溶液结晶的研究进展。

Crystallization is a separation technology,the formation of crystallization needs to finish in strict conditions.At present,the crystallization has been widely used in the chemical,food and pharmaceutical industry,Amino acid,organic acids and antibiotics and other biological products industry,crystallization also has become an important means of isolation and purification.In other words,the solid products sold now,which are based on crystallization,namely crystallization technology is generally applied in the production process.This paper states the research progress of solution crystallization.
