综述了蔓越莓的起源、种植的发展历史与全球生产和产量的发展情况;详细介绍了蔓越莓的营养成分与功能特性,如预防尿道感染、抗幽门螺杆菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、预防心血管疾病、降血压、保护口腔和牙齿等;同时,对蔓越莓产品的应用做了简单概述。
In this paper,the origin,history of cultivation and production and yield in the world of cranberry are reviewed,particularly,its nutritional components and functional characteristics,such as preventing urethra infection,anti-helicobacter pylori,antioxidant,antitumor,preventing cardiovascular diseases,lowing blood pressure,protecting mouth and teeth are introduced.The application of cranberry products is discussed.
