摘要
NC仿真是代替传统"试切"来验证NC加工程序正确性和合理性的重要措施。综合利用三维实体建模技术与数据库技术,在计算机仿真模型中,构建了包括毛坯、刀具、夹具及机床等部件的"真实"数控加工仿真环境。采用基于实体建模技术,布尔造型的方法,实现了数控加工过程刀具运动仿真、工件切削过程动态仿真以及碰撞干涉检验仿真。并建立了零件表面粗糙度的数学模型,预测三维零件的表面加工质量。
NC machining simulation is an important measure to verify correctness and rationality of NC machining program instead of the traditional "test cut".The NC machining simulation environment,including roughcast,tools,fixture and machine tool modeling,is constructed in computer by combining three-dimensional entity modeling and database method.The three dimensional and Boolean solid modeling method is used to realize the simulation of tools movement and dynamic cutting process geometry and collision interference checking.The mathematic model of surface roughness is built to predicate a machined surface roughness.
