摘要
作为汽车车桥的组成部分,转向缸工作的可靠性对车桥性能以及车辆行驶的安全性有重要的影响,因此需要在转向缸的研制阶段进行耐久试验。本试验系统按照真实车桥尺寸和运动关系设计台架,利用伺服缸加载模拟轮胎载荷,设计了非线性PID控制器减小多余力的影响,通过计算机控制载荷谱,在没有车桥装置的情况下完成了转向缸的耐久试验。
The reliability of steering cylinder, a constituent part of automobile axle, has imposed significant influence on the performance of axle and safety of vehicle movement, so endurance test should be done at the development stage of steering cylinder. In this test, the scaffolding is designed according and kinematic-relation. Endurance test of steering cylinder is implemented by loading using servo-cylinder loading to simulate type loading without any axle devices. to real measurement of vehicle spectrum of computer control.
