用4号溶剂油浸出小麦胚油的最佳工艺条件是:麦胚/溶剂=1:3:浸出时间80min;浸出温度35℃.在此条件下粕中残油率低于1%.毛油经过精炼,即可获得品质优良的小麦胚油.
The optimum technological conditions for extracting wheat germ oil with No.4 solvent are as follows: the ratio of germ to solvent is 1:3 extraction time 80 minutes; and extraction temperature 35℃.Under the above conditions the residual oil content of the meals is lower than 1%,After refining, the wheat germ oil with fine quality can be obtained.
