The paper introduces the relevant knowledge of ISBN（international standard book number）,and then analyzed 10-bit and 13-bit of the structure of China standard book number and the check digit generation method,and use Delphi to achieve the program of check digit generation and different bits of China Standard Book Number Conversion.
