医院感染管理措施及实施效果评价

Management Measures of Nosocomial Infection and Application Effect Evaluation

目的探讨预防和控制院内感染,使院内感染管理逐步形成规范化、制度化、科学化的管理模式。方法根据院内感染相关法律法规以及近年国内医院频发的交叉感染恶性事件,调查分析上海市普陀区人民医院院内感染发生情况及管理中存在的问题。针对问题,结合自查结果,制定措施,采取院内感染管理人员与临床医师共同学习法律法规、宣传教育和行政命令与监督检查相结合方式进行院内感染管理。结果管理措施实施以后,该院重点科室院内感染发生率明显下降,抗生素合理使用比例等方面均明显改善(P<0.05),院内感染管理逐步规范化、常态化、制度化、科学化。结论该管理模式为预防和控制院内感染,减少医患矛盾、稳定医疗秩序提供了一套有效可行的方法。

[Objective]To study the prevention and control of nosocomial infection,gradually form the standardized,systematic and scientific management mode of nosocomial infection. [Methods]On the basis of the laws and regulations related to nosocomial infection and serious nosocomial infection incidents reported in recent years,the incidence of nosocomial infection and management problems in Putuo People＇s Hospital of Shanghai were investigated and analyzed. [Results]According to the problems,combined with self-check results,nosocomial infection management was adopted.The management measures included： manager of nosocomial infection and clinicians studied the laws and regulations together,education and administrative order combined with supervision and inspection.After the implementation of management measures,the incidence of nosocomial infection in the key departments was significantly decreased,the proportion of rational antibiotic use was significantly improved（P0.05）.The nosocomial infection management was gradually standardized,scientific and institutionalized. [Conclusion]This management mode is an effective and feasible method for the prevention and control of nosocomiai infection,reducing medical tangle and stabilizing the medical order.
