柳州钢铁(集团)公司扩建360m^2烧结机项目职业病危害预评价

Pre-assessment of Occupational Hazards in Expansion Project of 360m^2 Sintering Machine in Liuzhou Iron & Steel(Group)Company

目的预评价烧结机建设项目可能造成的职业病危害种类及程度,论证建设项目中职业病危害防护措施的可行性。方法采用经验法、类比法对新建的360 m2烧结机项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为白云石粉尘、焦炭尘、煤尘、石灰石粉尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温、热辐射、一氧化碳、二氧化硫。结论选址及布局基本合理,工程的建筑结构和设备布局设计基本符合职业卫生要求,生产工艺成熟,该项目在职业病防治方面是可行的。

[Objective]To pre-assess the types and extent of potential occupational hazards in expansion project of sintering machine,to demonstrate the feasibility of preventive measures. [Methods]The experience and analogy methods were adopted to conduct pre-assessment of occupational hazards on the expansion project of 360 m2 sintering machine. [Results]The main occupational hazards in this project were dolomite dust,coke dust,coal dust,limestone dust,other dust,noise,heat,thermal radiation,carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide.[Conclusion]location and layout is reasonable,works structures and equipment layout basically meet the requirements of occupational health,with mature production technology.The project is feasible on occupational diseases control.
