摘要
目的为卫生行政部门对该建设项目的职业卫生竣工验收提供依据,以保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行综合评价。结果该建设项目的厂址选择、总平面布置及设备布局、建筑卫生学、职业卫生防护设施、职业卫生管理等基本符合国家有关法规要求,生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘(矽尘、白云石粉尘、其他粉尘),噪声、高温、高频电磁辐射,汞、铅、二氧化硫、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫酸、氮氧化物、氢氧化钠、氨、盐酸等。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制措施基本有效,符合我国相关卫生法规和标准的要求。
[Objective]To provide the basis for occupational health acceptance of this construction project for health administrative department,so as to protect the health of workers. [Methods]The comprehensive evaluation was conducted with occupational health field investigation,occupational health test and occupational physical examination. [Results]The site selection,general layout and equipment layout,buildings hygiene,occupational protective facilities and occupational health management of this construction project basically accorded with the national standards.The main occupational hazards in the production process included dust(silica dust,dolomite powder and other dust),noise,high temperature,high frequency electromagnetic radiation,mercury,lead,sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulphuric acid,oxynitride,sodium hydroxide,ammonia and hydrochloric acid. [Conclusion]The occupational hazards of this project were serious.The control measures of occupational hazard were effective,which accorded with the requirements of national laws and standards.
