儿童精神分裂症记忆损害状况及认知行为护理干预效果评价

Memory Impairment of Childhood Schizophrenia and Evaluation on Intervention Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing

目的探讨儿童精神分裂症患者的记忆损害状况及认知护理干预效果。方法将76例首发儿童精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组39例,非干预组37例,2组患者均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗及护理,在此基础上研究组联合认知行为训练,观察6周。抽取与患者年龄、性别相匹配的60名健康少年儿童作为对照组。于认知护理干预前后采用中国韦氏儿童记忆量表评定2组患者的记忆损害状况,并与健康对照组进行对比分析。结果儿童精神分裂症患者中国韦氏儿童记忆量表100-1、记图、再认、再生、触摸、理解、背数和记忆智商因子分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);认知护理干预后干预组患者中国韦氏儿童记忆量表累加、理解、全量表分及记忆智商因子分均显著高于非干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童精神分裂症患者存在不同程度的记忆损害问题,认知功能护理干预能显著改善儿童精神分裂症患者的记忆损害状况,对促进患者的康复具有重要的作用。

[ Objective] To explore memory impairment of children with schizophrenia and intervention effect of cognitive nursing. [ Methods ] 76 children with first episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group （ 39 cases ） and the non-intervention group （ 37 cases ）. Two groups were treated with conventional antipsychotic and care, on this basis the study group was / given cognitive behavioral training, and observed for 6 weeks. 60 healthy children who had the same ague and sex with patients were selected as the control group. The memory impairment status of the two groups before of after nursing intervention were assessed with Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale, and were compared with the healthy control group. [ Results ] The scores of 100-1, recall of pieture, reeognition, regeneration, touch, understanding, reciting number and memory intelligence quotient of Chinese Weehsler Memory Scale of children with schizophrenia were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. After nursing intervention, the scores of accumulation, understanding, total scale and memory intelligence quotient of Chinese Wechsler Memory Scale of the intervention group were significantly higher than that of the non-intervention group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The children with schizophrenia have memory impairment problems at different degrees. The cognitive behavioral nursing intervention can signifieandy improve the memory impairment in children with schizophrenia, and plays an important role on promotion the rehabilitation of patients.
