何谓优质学校--基于40位教管人员的访谈研究 被引量:13

What is a High-Quality School? Based on the Interviews of 40 Educational Administrators

摘要 本文主要运用质化访谈的研究方法,聚焦和深究了40位教管人员对于优质学校的看法。本研究将优质学校设定为达到相应的办学标准以及能全面促进学生生动活泼的发展和健康自由成长的学校,并从"人员"、"财物"、"事务"和"气质"四个向度系统考察研究优质学校。由此形成了五个相互关联的主题:一是教管人员眼中的理想学校,二是"人员"视角的优质学校建设,三是"财物"视角的优质学校建设,四是"事务"视角的优质学校建设,五是"气质"视角的优质学校建设。研究发现,三类教管人员对于优质学校的看法既有相似之处也有不同之处。当下优质学校建设须化解"财物性阻碍"和"应试性阻碍",而深究和澄明"以人为本"的实质,则成为优质学校建设亟待回答的问题。 Using qualitative research methods, this paper focuses on and studies 40 educational administrators view on the high- quality school. We posit that a high-quality school must establish standards that promote holistic student development and nurturing school enviromnent, and analyze the hlgh-quality school from the aspects of "human", "fiscal", "operational", and "cultural". Thus, this paper has five interrelated research themes: first, the ideal school in the eyes of educational administrators; second, the high- quality school construction from the perspective of "human"; third, the high-quality school construction from the perspective of "fiscal"; fourth, the high-quality school construction from the perspective of "operational"; fifth, the high-quality school construction from the perspective of "cultural". The study finds that education administrators have both similar and different views on the highquality school; high-quality school have to overcome fiscal hinders and the obstacles of examination; the essence of humanistic orientation becomes the urgent problem for high-quality school construction.
