摘要
班级生活具有潜在的育人价值,提高班级生活质量对学生、教师、学校乃至整个社会都具有积极意义。受内部和外部各种因素的影响,当前班级生活中存在班级生活主体的虚假性、班级成员之间关系的功利主义倾向、班级生活集体意识的崩解等问题。为此,需要重建班级生活,包括建设基于正义的班级制度、形成基于共识的班级共同体和开展基于良序的班级活动。
The class life has potential value of educating people, and improving the quality of class life will have a positive significance for students, teachers, schools and society. Now, under the impact of internal and external factors, the current class life exist the problems like the false subject of class life, utilitarianism between the class memberCs relation and the disintegration of class life collective consciousness. Therefore, the class life needs to reconstruct, including the construction of class system based on the justice, the formation of class community based on the consensus and to carry out classes activities based on the good order.
