摘要
本文以分流辊与快辊的水平距离及垂直距离;分流辊的转速及直径;快慢辊的斜置角度作为设计变量,以物料的喂料轨迹和物料的入磨速度作为目标函数,采用带宽容的分层序列方法求解本多目标优化问题.编制了SUMT外点法计算程序及图形显示程序.最后,给出了一计算实例.
In this paper, the horizontal distance and the vertical distance between feeding roller and fast roller, the rotational speed and the diameter of feeding roller and the oblique angle between the fast roller and slow roller being taken as the varibles in the process of design and the locus of feed and the mill-entering speed of materials being taken as the objective functions, a layer-dividing sequence method with wide band is used to solve the multicri-terional optimization. In addition, the calculatlonal program of sequential unconstrained minimization technique and pattern-showing program are made out. And finally, an example of calculation is presented.
