血清胱抑素C测定在临床中的研究进展(综述) 被引量:1

摘要 血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C)作为检测肾功能的一种新的内源性标志物,近年来受到临床上的高度重视[1]。它与目前临床上常用的反映肾小球滤过功能(GFR)的指标,如菊粉清除率,同位素标记物清除率,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),血尿素氮(BUN)和血清肌酐(SCr)等相比,具有独特的优点,稳定、可靠、方便。循环中的胱抑素C仅经肾小球滤过而被清除,是一种反映肾小球滤过率变化的理想的内源性标志物[2]。本文简要介绍CysC的特点,重点介绍其在临床中的研究进展。
