摘要
教师职后课程培训的质量直接影响一个学校整体的师资发展水平,进而影响着一个学校的教育质量。而其中对教师职后课程培训的意义、目标、内容与实施的正确认识与合理实行是教师职后课程培训的质量提高的重要保障,本文正是通过上述内容的阐述,期望为教师职后课程培训提供参考与借鉴。
The quality of teacher＇post-career training directly influence the teachers＇development level,then it influence the quality of education of a school.Healthy recognition and practice of the meaning and goal and content and implementation of teacher＇post-career curricula training is important support for the quality of teacher＇post-career training.The thesis,with the above-mentioned contents,makes reference for teacher＇post-career training.
