摘要
高职院校校企合作的实训教学模式建构问题一直广受关注。在校企之间建立长效的合作实训教学机制需要满足什么条件,现行模式运行不畅的症结何在,本文就这两方面的问题进行分析,并以物业管理专业为例提出"能力构建、校企共赢、高效融合"模式的建设思路。
Practice teaching patterns have been widespread attention. What conditions need to establish long-term cooperation mechanism？ What is the crux of the current model run sluggish？ This paper will analyze these two aspects,＂Capacity building,school and enterprise win,efficient integration＂ model has been proposed on the basis of professional practice in property management.
