摘要
元认知是指主体对自身认识活动的认识,它控制着认知活动的质量。在外语教学中,元认知起着非常重要的作用。本文阐述了元认知的基本理论、元认知策略和它的分类,并结合高校外语教学,论述如何在外语课堂上培训学生的元认知策略,并运用元认知策略取得良好的教学效果。
Metacognition is the cognition of subject to the activities of itself. It decides the effect of the cognition.In foreign language teaching,metacognition plays a very important role.The thesis illustrates the basic theory of metacognition and the categories of the studying strategies of metacognition.Combining the foreign language teaching with the theory of metacognition,it mainly tells how to train and use the theory in foreign language teaching in university so as to get better teaching achievement.
