临床护理路径在食管癌患者中的运用

Clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal carcinoma

目的研究临床护理路径在食管肿瘤患者中的运用。方法将随机选取需要进行手术治疗的70例食管癌患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用根据医院制定的临床护理路径内容进行整体护理,对照组采用常规整体护理方法,两组患者在手术后并发症、住院天数、住院费用、健康教育知晓情况和患者满意度方面的结果进行比较。结果实验组患者术后并发症发生率(P<0.01)、健康教育知晓情况(P<0.01)及对护理工作的满意度(P<0.05)均高于对照组的患者,而在住院天数、住院费用(P<0.01)均低于对照组患者。结论运用临床护理路径实施整体护理,可以缩短住院时间,减少手术费用,提高护理质量,增加患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway for patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods A total of 70 patients with esophageal carcinoma had been divided randomly into experimental and control groups. The hospital clinical care pathway had been applied to experimental group and the conventional holistic nursing care methods had been applied to control group. The compli- cations, length of stay, hospital costs, health education, and satisfaction degree of patients were com- pared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications （P 〈 0.01）, the awareness degree of health education （P 〈 0.01） and the satisfaction degree of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher and the length of stay, hospital costs were lower than that in control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclu- sions Clinical application of holistic nursing care path, you can shorten the hospital stay, reduce the operation costs, improve the quality of care, and increase the patient satisfaction.
