毛糠油经过脱胶脱蜡以后,在高温和高真空条件下,利用米糠油中原有的甘油—酸酯、甘油二酸酯或加入甘油,与游离脂肪酸发生酯化反应,可以有效地降低酸价,并增加中性油的数量.酯化脱酸能量消耗较高,因而适用于高酸价油的脱酸.
Crude rice bran oils are previously well degummed and dewaxed. Then, under high temperature and vacuum conditions, the monoglyceride.di-glyceride in the rice bran oil or the additional glycerol with the free fatty acid in the rice bran oil take place an esterification reaction. It decreases effectively acid value of crude rice bran oil, and increases amount of neural oil.The consumption of energy of esterification-deacidfication is high , thus this process is suitable for neutralisation of high F F A oils.
