摘要
综述了汽车电动后视镜总成检测的研究背景和设计要求。综合应用机械及控制技术,基于倾角传感器对汽车后视镜总成检测设备进行了机电一体化设计。完成了控制系统的设计以及PLC编程,气动系统的设计,实现了后视镜镜面偏转角度测量的功能。该设计稳定可靠,满足了生产实际的要求。
The study background of monitor to examine the electromotive rearview monitor was summarized.Integrated application of mechanical technology and control technology,based on the obliquity sensor,the monitor for automobile rearview mirror assembly was designed.The control system and pneumatic system were designed and the program of PLC was compiled.The design is stable and reliable,meets the actual production requirements.
