摘要
传动机构的参数设计是否合理,直接影响机构的工作性能和寿命。文中以某传动机构运行到指定位置撞击最小为优化目标,分析其运动学参数,建立优化分析数学模型,进行单个设计变量的设计研究,确定了单个设计变量的灵敏度和优化值,然后运用ADAMS/Insight进行精确的多参量联合优化,得到了优化的试验方案。将优化方案模型和初始方案模型进行对比分析,结果表明优化方案相比初始方案明显降低了从动杆撞击时刻的速度,从而减小了撞击和噪声。
The working performance and operation life of a transmission mechanism is directly influenced by the rationality of its parameter design.Taking a minimum striking velocity when a transmission mechanism moves to the crash position as the optimization object,the article analyzes its kinematic parameters and establishes the mathematical model for optimizing analysis,makes the design study of the individual variable,finds the sensitivity and optimization value of the individual variable,then carries out the accurate multi-parameter optimization using ADAMS/Insight and get the experimental projects of optimization.Compared with the initial model,the optimized projects obviously decrease the striking velocity at the crashing moment,and reduce the impact noise.
