内地高校新疆少数民族学生教育管理现状浅析 被引量:39

摘要 内地高校多年来为培养新疆少数民族高层次人才做出重大贡献,但客观地看,在这些高校就读的新疆少数民族学生无论从思想政治标准还是学业水平,都存在明显差距。这一方面是由于新疆籍少数民族学生自身的固有条件限制;另一方面也是培养高校教育管理的不够到位所致。文章提出,内地高校应当以中华民族认同教育为主线,切实加强新疆少数民族学生的思想政治教育;应当加大预科阶段的素质教育,真正提高学生跨文化认知能力;应努力探索从根本上提高民族学生教学质量的途径,停止"求率降标"和"一味照顾"。以此实现教育管理的真正目标。 Inland China universities have made great contributions in cultivating high-level ethnic minority students for Xinjiang.It must be pointed out that there leaves much to be desired in terms of their academic performances and ideological qualities.This has a lot to do with their own limited conditions and with the inadequate higher learning education management.To better deal with this issue,this paper holds that ideological quality education must be reinforced centering on the identification with Chinese nation in inland China universities,quality education must be strengthened at the pre-stage to fully lift up their cross-cultural competence,and approaches must be explored to fundamentally improve their teaching quality and stop the practices of "lowering standards" and "giving privileges".
