新疆“看病难、看病贵”问题分析与索解

A Study of the High Cost Medical Service in Xinjiang

文章从体制、机制、资源、结构、管理等方面分析了新疆"看病难、看病贵"的成因,提出:应从增加医疗卫生事业投入,合理配置医卫资源,加强价格监管,大力发展社区医疗服务,坚持政府主导等五个方面工作,实现有效缓解新疆"看病难、看病贵"问题。

This paper researches in the causes of the cumbersome access to medical service and high cost medical service from the aspect of system,mechanism,resources,structure and management,and then makes five proposals to deal with it such as the increase of medical investment,rationalization of medical resources,supervision of medical prices,development of community medical services,and governmental guidance.
