石墨炉原子吸收测定兰州百合中硒和钻

摘要 采用微波进行样品消化,减少了消化过程中元素的损失。利用石墨炉原子吸收法对兰州百合中硒、钴的含量进行测定。1000mg·L^-1Pd(C1)2和1%的Vc溶液5μL作为基体改进剂,经氘灯校正背景,测定钴和硒含量,回收率分别在98.1%~106.5%和197.2%~102.6%之间,方法的相对标准偏差分别为4.5%和5.1%,检出限分别为0.50ng·mL^-1和1.60ng·mL^-1,该法具有简便、快速、灵敏、稳定、准确等优点,适于样品中硒钻的分析测定。 In the present article, samples were digested by microwave digestion pot, reducing the loss of element in digestion. The content of Selenium and Cobalt in lily was determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, and the results showed that when the content of Selenium and Cobalt in lily was determined by using 1000 mg.L ^1 Pd(CI)2 and1 % Vc as a matrix modifier , and rectifying background by deuterium light , the recovery was in the range of 98.1%- 106.5 % and 97.2 %-102.6 %, the relative standard deviation of the method was 4.5% and 5.1%, and the limit of detection was 0.5ngomL^-1 and 1.60ng.mL^-1. The method was suitable for the determination of trace Selenium and Cobalt in lily of being simple, rapid sensitive. Stable and accurate etc, and the results were satisfactory.
