我国高等医学教育转型中的困惑与思考

The confusion and thinking in transformation of higher medical education in China

随着我国高等医学教育进入大众化发展阶段,一些问题与困惑日益凸现.本文在回顾我国高等医学教育发展现状的基础上,通过与国外医学教育的比较研究,分析了目前我国高等医学教育面临的五个困惑,即综合与独立的纷争、精英与大众的转换、学制的不规范、医学人文的缺失和教育与卫生行政管理的不畅,继而从综合办学、精英教育、规范学制、人文回归和畅通体制、机制等五个方面提出了思考.

When our higher medical education came into the phase of popular development, the accompanied confusions increasingly appeared. On the basis of recalling the developed status of Chinese higher medical education, by comparison with foreign medical education research, the article analyzes the five confusions of Chinese higher medical education, which are the dispute of the comprehensive or independent , the conversion of the elite and mass, irregular educational system, the absence of medical humanities, the obstacle of education and health administration. Faced the confusions, from running a school comprehensively, elite education, standard system of school, humanities return, smoothing structure and mechanisms, the article puts forward five thoughts.
