Problems and thinking during the process of pediatric practice teaching

摘要 目的 随着医学教学改革的不断深化,保证并提高临床实习质量倍受人们的关注.本文调查了在北京大学第一医院儿科学习的八年制医学生对儿科学见习及实习过程的评价,发现其中的问题,以便及时解决,进一步提高教学质量.方法 采用不记名调查问卷的方式,让学生对儿科学实习过程做出评价并与其对见习过程的满意率进行比较,同时与学生定期举行交流座谈.结果 实习后,大部分学生喜欢儿科学专业,但对于选择儿科学专业作为终生职业者很少,对儿科学实习的满意率尚可.实习内容中最满意的是主任医师教学讨论、主治医师教学查房、住院医师水平及教学态度,不满意的是病房设施、实习中专业外语的使用和操作机会等.结论 学生对儿科学实习的总体评价比较满意,认为与见习阶段相比有明显进步,但某些方面尚待改进和提高. Objective With constantly deepening reform of medical education, ensuring and improving the quality of clinical practice attract great attention. This article aims to investigate the evaluation that the eight-year medical students in our hospital pay during the process of pediatric probation as well as practice and hold symposium periodically to solve problems found in probation and practice in time in order to improve teaching quality. Methods Self-designed anonymous questionnaires containing opinions to the process of practice and compared with probation were handed out and symposium was held periodically.Results After clinical practice, most students like pediatric, but only few want to be pediatrician. Most students are content to pediatric practice. What they do most content are chief physician' s teaching discussion, attending doctor' s clinical rounds and the residents' attitude of teaching. What they do not content are hospital facilities and little practical experience. Conclusions The students were generally content to pediatric practice and considered improve significantly compared with probation. But there are also some Postpone specialty selection time properly in order to avoid the interaction to the practice.
