摘要
本文用态势分析法找出培养护理学硕士专业学位研究生内部环境所具有的优势与劣势及外部环境所面临的机遇与威胁,并从培养目标、招生录取、课程设置、教学方法、考核方式方面提出了培养策略.
Through SWOT method, the advantage and weakness of the inner environment and the opportunity and threaten of the outside environment in the education of nursing master degree postgraduate were analyzed, thus the cultivating strategies on cultivating goal, enrolment, curriculum arrangement,teaching method, and assessment method were brought out.
