全息骨痛灵TDP药物渗透治疗腰椎间盘突出症112例

目的 研究一种非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新方法及观察“全息骨痛灵”的临床效果。方法 采用ＴＤＰ 药物渗透治疗腰椎间盘突出症８２ 例，并与单纯ＴＤＰ 照射对照，进行双盲观察。结果 ＴＤＰ 药物渗透组治愈率为８２ ．９３ ％ ，总有效率为９８ ．７４ ％ ；单纯ＴＤＰ 照射组治愈率１６－６７ ％ ，总有效率５５ ．００ ％ ，两组差异有非常显著性（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） ，ＴＤＰ 药物渗透组治疗闪数及愈后复发率均降低（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 ＴＤＰ 药物渗透治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主要作用因素是“全息骨痛灵”，对各种类型的腰椎间盘突出症均有疗效，可消除组织水肿和炎症，提高机体免疫功能，促进破裂纤维环修复。

In orderto study a new better therapy of not operation treating lumbar disc herniation patens and obser vation clinicaleffecf of”helltherapeutic bonepain efficacious”. Methods 82 cases with on lumbar disc hermiation weretreated with TDPdrugifiltration with control group which were only administered with TDPby obseration use both - blinamess. Results The cure rate oftredtmenfgroup was 82 .93 % ,theefficenfrate was 98 .79 % ,the carerate ofcontrolgroup was 16 .67 % ,thd efficenf rate was 55 .00 % .Both thetreating times and recur rate of thd treatment group were lower. Conclusion main action factor of TDPdrug ifiltrafion therapy treatmentfor herniation oflumbarinterverrebral disc is”holltherapeutic bonepain efficacious”.It was by eiimication oedema oftissue andinflam mation ,raise im munocopetemce of orgqnism .promoferepair of rupture offibraecirculus and reduce rate of after curd by TDPdrugifiltrafion therapy forit.
