我国生产性服务业增长的效率特征——基于2004～2009年省际面板数据的研究

The Efficiency Character of the growth about China's Producer Service——an Empirical Study based on the Provincial Panel Data of 2004～2009

本文引入人力资本这一投入要素,以2004~2009年全国31个省市的生产性服务业面板数据为研究对象,运用基于DEA的Malmquist指数法,考察各省市生产性服务业的效率。研究表明,在分析期内,我国生产性服务业全要素生产率逐步上升,主要得力于技术进步,而技术效率在有些年份则成小幅下降趋势,生产性服务业未能充分挖掘现有资源和技术的潜力。东中西部各地区生产性服务业的效率差异显著,并与当地经济发展水平不一致。要想使生产性服务业健康持续发展,需要同时兼顾技术进步和技术效率的提高。

This paper introduces human capital as one of the input elements,by using panel data of producer service from 2004 to 2009 of 31 provinces.The efficiency of every province＇s producer service is measured by the Malmquist productivity index based on the DEA.Results show that the TFP of China＇s producer service increases during this period which attributes to technical progress.While technical efficiency shows a small decline trend in some years and producer service fails to fully exploit the resources＇ and technical potential.There differences of producer service efficiency among the East,Middle and West are significant and the efficiency of growth among each province is inconsistent with the development of local economy.It is necessary to take technical progress and efficiency into consideration at the same time to maintain the producer service development persistently.
