“十一五”我国硫酸工业回顾及“十二五”展望(一)——有色金属冶炼与烟气制酸 被引量:10

摘要 "十一五"期间我国有色金属冶炼发展迅猛,带动冶炼烟气制酸产能、产量大幅增长,2010年我国冶炼烟气制酸产能约21000kt/a,产量达到19290kt,2006—2010年冶炼烟气制酸产能、产量年均增长率分别为12.7%和14.5%。"十一五"期间通过技术引进和再创新,我国铜、镍、铅、锌冶炼及烟气制酸技术装备水平达到一个新的高度,冶炼烟气制酸在装置大型化、高浓度SO_2烟气制酸、低浓度SO_2烟气制酸与脱硫、酸性水减排及热能回收利用等方面也取得了长足的进步,有效推进了硫酸工业的节能减排和循环经济发展。预测到"十二五"末期我国冶炼烟气制酸产能将达到32000~34000kt/a,产量约30000kt/a。对今后加快产业结构调整、加大技术创新力度、推进污染物减排、加强热能回收利用、拓宽冶炼酸出路等提出一些建议。 The metallurgical acid capacity and production have substantially increased with the ment of China's nonferrous metal smelting during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. China acid capacity reached 21 000 kt/a and production reached 19 290 kt, at an ave and 14. 5% in 2006-2010, respectively. Technology and equipment in smelting sulphuric acid production reached a new higher level through technical introdu rapid develop's metallurgical rage annual growth rate of 12. 7% of copper, nickel, lead, zinc and ction and re-innovation. Greatprogress was made in metallurgical acid production, such as installation of large-scale plants, sulphuric acid production with high-and low-concentration SO2 off-gas, desulphurization of low-concentration SOz off-gas, acidic water discharge reduction and energy recovery, which effectively promoted the development of energy saving and recycling economy in China's sulphuric acid industry. It is predicted that metallurgical acid capacity will reach 32 000-34 000 kt/a and production will reach 30 000 kt/a by the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan. Some sugges- tions are presented, such as speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure, strengthening technological innovation, promoting pollutants reduction, strengthening energy recovery and utilization, and expanding metallurgical acid outlet.
