介绍了孟莫克开发的高浓度SO_2预转化工艺原理及工艺流程。将进转化系统稀释空气送入气干燥塔内单独干燥,再与小部分高浓度SO_2气体混合后进入预转化器转化,转化后气体与高浓度SO_2主气流混合进入主转化器第一段反应。该工艺具有控制容易、操作方便、适应SO_2浓度变化范围大、能牦低等特点,与常规转化工艺相比,孟莫克预转化工艺可以减少装置投资、降低操作和维修成本,吨酸中压过热蒸汽产量可提高约41.5%、电耗减少约22.8%。
The principle and process of MECS's high-concentration SO2 pre-conversion process are described. The dilution air is dried in a separate drying tower, mixed with a small part of high-concentration SO2 gas and then sent into pre-converter. Pre-converted gas is mixed with main high-concentration SO2 gas and sent into main converter. The process has characteristics including easy control and operation, good adaptation to wide range changes in SO2 concentration and low energy consumption. Installation of pre-eonversion can reduce plant investment, operating and maintenance costs compared with conventional conversion process, with medium-pressure superheated steam production per ton acid increased by about 41.5% and power consumption reduced by about 22. 8%.
